All I have to say is that both Brad & Mickie went beyond the call of duty to be of total assistance to me.  It is because of those two wonderful and extremely knowledgeable people that I have a great new home with so much potential.  Brad & Mickie will always have my business, and I look forward to recommending them to everyone I know who is looking to purchase or sell a home. 

From the very beginning and what made the biggest impression was your prompt response.  No matter what time I called or emailed about a matter concerning the house, I always received a call back or reply in a promptly manner.  Even being ill with the dreaded flu did not stop Brad from returning my call.  As a first time homebuyer I found myself at times completely frustrated with other listing agents who would not return my calls or messages until days or even weeks later, but with Mickie and Brad they were always there to service my needs and making me aware of anything related to the contract/purchase.
I can’t say enough kind words about the service I received.  It is probably not the first time you have heard this or been cited for performing above and beyond a normal level of accomplishment, but both Tim and I could not be more sincere in our gratitude for what Mickie and Brad did for us during our first home purchase.  Everything was truly done in an outstanding manner and I have no recommendations for improvement. 
I have to convey my deep appreciated thanks for the guidance Mickie & Brad provided.  Everyone that Mickie & Brad recommended – from the inspector to the title company were exceptional.  The best part is that in addition to servicing my needs, they simultaneously tended to making all the necessary arrangements with the inspector, title company, and lender so that everything on my end was very smooth and stress-free.

Brad & Mickie were fantastic! We very much appreciated the fact that we received immediate responses to any and all questions. Also, we were so busy during this time, it was great having what we call "one-stop shopping" offered by the team. While the house was on the market, we thought that we needed more open houses, however, that apparently was not the case. 1)  I've had many agents over the years and Brad's Team was the best.  Very responsive and objective about the transactions.   If I needed a laugh, just a phone call away.  Always felt that your team was on my "side" and made sure I got answers or feedback throughout my experience.

2)  Since Brad's existence in the Real Estate Market, I think most things have been covered by your Team.  Over that period of time, Brad and you have consistently listened to the customer and tweaked the business to improve all aspects of the transactions (selling or buying).  I didn't really notice anything that your team needed to improve on during my experience.

3)  Everyone involved in the transactions showed tremendous professionalism and honesty.  It was the toughest situation for Lisa and I due to having a buyer moving into our home on the 30th and trying to get into the seller's home on the 30th as well.  Financial, Title, Inspectors, Carpenters, Tree Service and Real Estate Personnel all made it successful due to their their ability to communication, expertise and timely manner.

4)  I hope to continue my relationship with Brad's Team due to their positive attitude.  Already recommended your services and explained how "natural" this team is in dealing with Real Estate.  I hope that you continue to have excellent sales and can use me as a recommendation anytime.
